How to read a Yu-Gi-Oh! card price

Market price is TCGplayer's estimate of what a near-mint copy actually sells for — not the cheapest listing and not what a seller hopes to get. Each printing has its own price: the same card from a starter deck and from a promo set can differ a hundredfold, so always check the set and the number on the card.

Foil, holo, reverse holo and first-edition versions are separate printings with separate prices; you'll find them side by side on every card page. Condition matters too — market price assumes near mint; played copies sell for less.

Prices update every day. The game index tells you whether the whole game is rising or falling; movers show which cards moved most; years group sets by era if you're pricing an old collection.
