From October 22 to October 29, 308 of the 398 One Piece Card Game cards worth $20 or more that trade often got cheaper, and 88 got more expensive. The median card lost 2.0%. That puts 77% of these cards lower and 22% higher over the week.
Twelve cards moved 10% or more: six fell and six rose. The biggest move in dollars was on the rising side.

DON!! Card (Yamato) (Gold) from Premium Booster -The Best- Vol. 2 went from $230.77 to $258.55, up 12.0%. On October 29 the cheapest copy for sale was $240.00, below the market price. The card's price changed 10 times in the last 30 days.
Percentage gains were larger further down the price range. Lucky.Roux (Alternate Art) rose 41.6%, from $30.90 to $43.76. Monkey.D.Luffy (001) (Alternate Art) from Carrying On His Will gained 33.9% and ended at $50.33.
Drops outnumbered gains, 308 to 88
The steepest fall in percent belongs to Monkey.D.Luffy (Winner Pack Vol. 5), a foil that went from $52.13 to $35.65. That is a loss of $16.48, or 31.6%. The cheapest listing on October 29 was $34.98, so sellers are asking about what the market price says.
The other five big drops lost between 21% and 30%. I Know You're Strong... So I'll Go All Out from the Very Start!!! (Winner Pack 2026 Vol. 4) fell 30.0%, to $26.42. Jesus Burgess (Alternate Art) lost $12.57 and closed at $39.48.
