NIKKE Vol.2 after launch week: Elegg PR is at $27.68, down from $69.00
The median card in GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE Vol.2 lost 2.3% in 17 days. Elegg: Boom and Shock (PR) lost 24.8% in the same stretch, and it sells often.
GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE Vol.2 came out in Weiß Schwarz on September 25. We leave the first 14 days out, because launch prices are set before boxes are opened at scale. So the window runs from October 9, the last day of launch week, to October 26: 17 days.
In that time 32 of the 46 cards worth $20 or more got cheaper, 8 got more expensive and 6 stayed flat. The median change was a loss of 2.3%.
Elegg PR lost 59.9% of its first price
The sharpest fall belongs to Elegg: Boom and Shock (PR). Its first market price after release, on September 30, was $69.00. By October 9 it was $36.83, and now it is $27.68, down 24.8% in the window. It is the biggest drop of all 46 cards. Its price changed 13 times in 30 days, so this is not a quirk of one sale.
Two more cards that trade often went the same way. Anchor: Innocent Maid (SP) fell 16.8%, from $59.02 to $49.13, and it opened at $100.00. “Closely Carried Secret” Sora (SP) lost 16.4%, from $70.48 to $58.93.
Most cards moved little
Of the 46 cards, 29 stayed within 5% of their October 9 price, and only 4 moved 20% or more. Eleven of the 46 trade often. The other 35 sell rarely, so one sale can shift their price, and a card with no sales shows no change at all.
The biggest gain of all cards shows how rough those numbers can be. Sakura: Bloom in Summer (SP) rose 41.6%, from $80.00 to $113.30. Its price changed only once in 30 days, so that figure is rough. The cheapest listing is $144.00, well above the market price.
The top of the set is quiet, and rough
All ten of the most expensive cards sell rarely. Rapi: Red Hood (SEC) is the most expensive card in the set at $848.23, down 0.2% from $850.00. Its price changed only 3 times in 30 days.
“Siren's Song” Little Mermaid (SEC) fell 5.0% in the window and sits 27.2% below its $700.00 first price. Elegg: Boom and Shock (SEC) went the other way, up 1.1% to $490.49.

Where the set stands
Seventeen days in, the set as a whole has slipped only a little: a median loss of 2.3%, with 32 of 46 cards cheaper. The clearest decline is on Elegg PR, which has given back more than half of the $69.00 it started at, while Anchor is at about half of its $100.00 first price. The prices at the top of the set rest on very few sales, so they say less. Every card and its full price history is on the NIKKE Vol.2 page.
