While Salem's Witches is in the Arena, all Spells in your Chapter cost 1 less Aura of any type to Contract (to a minimum of 1).
Power: Witches Tribunal: Accuse target Caster with at least 4 Pages in their Chapter. The chosen Caster discards two Pages at random from their Chapter. If any Page that is discarded is a Spell, nothing happens. If neither Pages are Spells, the next Spell the chosen Caster Contracts may be Contracted without paying it's Aura Cost.
These poor Beasties were turned evil by tragically being accused of magic that Indrid Cold was in control of casting.
