J/rulers you control have "Millium, Successor of the Dragon Crest" in addition to their other names and gain "Fairy Tale" in addition to their other races.

You may roll an additional die while performing Force effects.

At the beginning of your turn >>> If you control a ruler, roll a 6-sided die. If the result of the roll is 4 or higher, swap your ruler with a ruler you own with "Millium" in its name from outside the game. If you do, put X+1 dragon power counters on your ruler, where X is the number of dragon power counters your former ruler had. If the result of the roll is 8 or higher, draw a card.
